Help with A.V.

snkkpr01 Jul 25, 2003 05:54 AM

I was wondering if anyone could help me with obtaining A.V., like where can I purchase it. Specifically for non-US species, mostly African Bitis, and Naja. Thank you and any help would be great.

Good luck..... It took me about 4 months to get SAPV..... It can take longer in some cases...... Got to get the FDA permits..... Then you need to have a doctor sign off on it...... It is an experimental drug..... It is pretty cheap too..... Only $55.oo a vial...... You need to have it imported and that will cost you a good amount of money...... Worth every penny though.....

If you can even get a return email from the SAIMR people you'll be doing better than me. I've sent emails to more than ten addresses and have not gotten a reply in two months.

I also left my email address at Dean Ripa's serpentarium and passed a note asking for good contact info for SAIMR. When leaving (much later) the lady said "He has it and will get the information to you.". Four weeks later ... still waiting ...

I have given up.
