Veiled w/An Attitude!

vegasbilly Jan 14, 2006 01:16 PM

This the sire of my 40 ravenous babies. As you can see, he doesn't tolerate intrusions well! He resides at my wife's office and she's a Lieutennant w/ the Vegas Metro Police Dept's Internal Affairs Section. A placard over his cage says "We See It All". Nice, huh?

I'm historically a snake guy and got our first pair of Veileds as they were the only thing my wife responded to in a positive manner! I initially figured "hmm, 1.1 Veileds for her, 1.1 Moluccan Scrub Pythons for me, etc". We'll, the Chams have really got me hooked. We now have Jacksons, Montiums, Pygmys, Ambilobe Panthers, and the Veileds. W/12 baby Jacksons left and 38 Veileds ready to go we're a bit overcome!

great pics! Yeah, we all know how addictive chams can be. I often look at this forum as a supprt group for chameleon addicts

How did your wife's colleagues react when she set him up in there?

They reacted w/awe! First I hooked up about 5 Training Officers at the academy with Beardeds (my wife also teaches Criminal Law to the recruits). I've now delivered 3 baby Jacksons and 4 Veileds to the guys in the Internal Affairs Division. Most of them have kids in the 10-15 age range and of course they were heroes on Christmas! Just think of all the cops' kids I've now corrupted with this new affliction HAH!
