I was just wondering : if I have an UTH and a ceramic heat bulb (150 watts), should I leave either on 24/7? if not, how long should I leave both on?

In my opinion the warm side should be kept warm 24/7. I leave my UTH's on all the time.

Thanks so much, I'll do that!
I leave the UTH on all the time for my geckos but if you're using a 150 watt bulb I'd check the temps very closely or you could cook your leo's. I have bearded dragons too and they don't even get a bulb that gets that hot. The highest wattage I use for my geckos lamps is 40 watts and that works for me but it really all depends on how warm or cold your house gets.
well my room is in the basement, so its usually pretty chilly down there. plus we live in Alberta, and its winter...
it stays a good 82 degrees during the daytime usually
