That's like asking "How can I drive my car without running out of gas"?

Unfortunately the fogger needs water to work, that leaves you with one of two solutions:

Larger resevoir
or
More frequent refills of your current resevoir.

reptiles (lizards) that need 70 to 100% humidity.

Yea and du, it'll use water, the problem was, i didn't want to use up all the water in the fish area. I made another section for the fogger to be used.
problem solved.

Did some looking around and still come up with the same problem, the fogger uses the water source to make the fog. Most of them recomend against running for more than several hours to around 8 hours maximum per day. If your using a fish tank with a screen lid, cover 80 to 90 % of the top with plastic, leaving just a gap at one end (front or back) for air exchange. That way the humidity has less of a chance to escape out the top and be absorbed by the ambient air. This might slow it down a bit, buy your still going to have to add water frequently or come up with a larger resevoir, sorry.
