snakeman365 Jan 15, 2006 05:13 PM

I have a 1.1 dumerils. They are 05 babies, and they are eatting p/k but won't touch f/t adult mice. I would like to switch them over to rats. I know of scenting, but is there any other way to do it and is it that hard to swicth them over to rats. Any info and help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Colby

Dum's are kind of "phase"ish when it comes to what they will eat. sometimes they will only eat mice and refuse rats even if you have successfully switched them over. other times they will do the opposite. asfar as getting them switched over to rats id be patient. if they are babies then youve got plenty of time to switch them and mice is probably a good size choice for them anyway.

I'm just worried about having to feed a 6-7 foot dumerils mice all the time.
