How strange is this behavior?

jojay327 Jan 15, 2006 06:33 PM

I have a three foot green, very docile has never attempted to bite ect.ect. He will not even look at rat unless it is scented with a baby chick, then he gobbles it up. This is the strange part, I feed him from tongs, he takes the rats so gently, softly opens his mouth and then just proceeds to swallow, he has never constricted anything( has never been fed live either) all my other snakes grab the thawed rats and coil, he just eats. Strange or not, Thanks jason
