Just a few shots from today in between force-feeding two reluctant Echis multisquamatus.

1st Picture, Now 6 weeks old Bitis caldalis
2nd Picture, Bitis cornuta dust finishing a drink CB June 05
3rd Picture, How many of my smaller vipers drink, in this case a juv. Echis coloratus from a plastic pipette the I hold and squeeze out a drop at a time. They actually take to this quite well and most snakes I do this with are very calm.

Nice photos there...great snakes. I always like seeing the less kept Bitis (especially caldalis).

You mispell a name and then you get everyone else doing it...lol

The correct latin name would be Bitis caudalis, not caldalis

Yes, I'm a stickler four proppper speling.

because I almost said I thought it was caudalis but I just figured Al would be right on it.
