Is there anyone in the US that breed and sell Western Swamp turtles (Pseudemydura Umbrina)? I want to buy some but can't locate anyone selling them.

No. Nobody breeds and sells this species. All Australian wildlife is protected and has been since 1964. Most Australian herps that you see in the pet trade could be traced back to illegaly imported/smuggled founder stock.
Pseudemydura is one of the most endangered turtles on the planet. There are only a little over 300 in existence. They were down to only 9 animals not that long ago. The dedicated efforts of one man (Gerald Kuchling), is the reason this species is not extinct.
All true. In addition to which, they are evidently difficult to reproduce WITHIN THEIR OWN RANGE.
A very endangered turtle for sure.
There are however, a number of captive produced sidenecks in the genus Pelusios that are readily available. They are similar (in general appearance) to Pseudemydura except for their size and are very easy to care for.
