Thanks for the shower idea, I'll be sure to do that. Now I have some questions about some other stuff before I head on over to the pet shop.

UV lighting, I have a coil lamp now, and need to get a new light. I asked the vet the output level. I asked should I go up to 10.0 or get a 5.0. He said 5.0, but his knowledge has not been, up to par I guess you can say. Any way, I know that 5.0 is enough, but would a 10.0 be better for health, and growth?
( I guess what I am asking is a higher level yeild higher results.) And heat bulb- i use an EXO Terra Heat Glo, any thing better to use?

Lele- what kind of humidifier is that, I just can't tell from your last post. It looks like a good idea.

The 10.0 is still relatively new but I know some people here use it. I use the repti-sun 5.0 and keep it within 12" of basking/hanging out areas. Change every 6 months.

The humidifer is a Sunbeam "Health at Home" (will get model number if you want it) Got it at k-mart, spent about $25-30. What I really like about this is the force of the mist. You can get any that has an opening (usuallly remove the directional valve) to fit standard PVC pipe (2" or 1". roo wrote a great article on humidifiers/mist on chamnews. She's got a much more complex setup b/c she has lots of animals and some with high humidity requirements. But it will give you some ideas see link).
