Hello fellow chameleon addicts!

I wanted to post a pic of a cham from our recent F1 Tanzanian chameleon shipment, from our farm in Tanzania, to see if anyone can guess what it is... Obviously Chris Anderson, you are not allowed to participate since you already know what it is!

Here goes, happy guessing!

Wow...at first glance, I thought J. xantholophus, but lacking the yellow. Looking at it on the fingers, though, it looks like a dwarf species, so thought perhaps J. merumontanus, but lacks the pattern. Resembles a Warnerni, except for the color and the horns look a little long...
Well now that I've confused myself, I give up!
He's a very cool little fellow, whatever he is!

I am going to have to say either a Johnson chameleon, or a Mt. Meru dwarf jackson.

Sorry but it is definitely not a fuell... It is actually a newly discovered locale of C. werneri that is is from a entirely new range where no other chameleons are documented from. We have given it the common name Pygmy Werner's Chameleon obviously due to its overall small size.

Stay tuned for pictures of two additional new locales of C. werneri. Kind of strange in that within months of each other a pygmy form and a new giant (rhino) locale/variant was discovered!

Someone actually guessed it but their answer was received by email...

A dwarf Werneri...very cool! I thought it looked like one, but never heard of one before and the size threw me off. What a gorgeous little cham! And is that a B. Tenue also? Just beautiful!
