Dude, this is at least the third thread you've started on this same boa and the same problem.

If I remember correctly all the replies (at least those related to the problem) said the same thing. Take it to the VET Sounds more and more like it may have parasites or something else wrong with it. Most of us are not doctors and even those who are cannot positively tell you what's wrong. We can only speculate.

IMO, Deworming at home should only be done by those with experience and knowledge of what parasite they are targeting, what medicine to use, how much and how often. Typically that would only be the big breeders. For most of us, myself included, the Vet is the best source of the medicines and dosages. The vet may give you the follow on dosages to administer at home and thereby save on additional visits?

Please don't be offended, I was just saying that I and others have recommended taking the lil guy to the vet. I understand the not getting enough from the doctor, you have to ask all the questions. My vet is very good at explaining for me, thank goodness I rarely see her.

I was curious. If one of my snakes ever has a runny poo or something, would that runny sample be a good enough sample to drop off at the vet? They might not charge an exam visit fee if they have just a sample. Derek
