very hard to say what size it should be as all dragons grow differently, different bloodlines tend to be larger/smaler and bad genetics can lead to shorter dragons.
On average, anywhere between 18-24" is good for a one year old or older dragon. Weights are more varied, but it should be at least 350g, closer to 500g is better. Again hard to give an exact weight, as some dragons are more huskier than others, such as the German giants. I have heard these reaching close to 1000g or more but often are over 24" in length as well.
One way to know if your dragon is at a healthy weight is the fatty deposits are well rounded and noticeable. There are two fat deposits on the head, just behind the eyes on the top of the head. These form small mounds when the dragon is at a h ealthy weight and easy to spot. If hard to spot or concave (sunken in) then the dragon is underweight. Also, the t ail base should be thick and no sign of the hip bones/girdle should be noticeable. The limbs should be nicely filled out and not looking like little sticks.
