Hi, I received these pictures from someone. I am not sure it is real, may ne photo shopped, but sure looks real. The mouth doesn't look like anything I have ever seen before. Thought maybe someone here would like to take a shot at it.

here are links to a couple pictures

Thanks.

Yeah, it is real. It is an African Rock Python. I saw this all over this forum and others about 3 or 4 month's ago. From what I remember it just ate that huge meal and was too big to get through that electric fence and was electrocuted. Sad, but true and real.

Someone pointed this out on the Indigo forum earlier and this was reply there...

The photo is of a Python sebae natalensis, or African rock python, was passed around the internet quite a bit last year, with a variety of stories, including one indicating the snake being found in Iraq, which is impossible.
Here's a link with the real story and more photos:

Tend to be quite fond of fish, and eggs, and fowl, and rodents and anyhting else that will fit into their mouths. ;0) Heck, I believe some of the Drys in my collection would accept pizza crust if I tossed it into their enclosures, I know of one that will readily take hotdogs if offered!
