Just a common hondurensis

Hope that you don't find this snake to boring, as its not a morph

I bought 2,2 juvies of these from Peter Staub, Germany, and they eat like crazy. They have almost doubled their size since i got them 2-3 months ago. They now weigh around 50 grams each and are eating rat-pinkies.

Look forward to seeing them grow and getting bigger.

Any of you guys have an estimated normal growth rate for these?

Growth will be determined by the animal. The two animals shown in this chart are clutch mates and of opposite sex. Some animals ar better feeders.

could gender have played a role??? do you have data between 2 males or 2 females??

I keep strict data but unfortunately, my computer died last year and i lost alot of data. I dont have any other comparisions from hatchling to adult or a time frame of a couple years. I would gladly analyize any data if some one can provide it.

This 5 yr old male is 650 grams in brumation. he will gain more afterwards for sure.

His 2002 Tangerine mate is 430 grams and much shorter than him.

I think it really varies with Hondurans!

Thanx a lot for the diagram

Do you by any chance have a diagram for the first year of a hondurans life? from hatching to 200 grams eg.?
