A couple of hopefuls...

wetceal Jan 19, 2006 11:43 AM

It looks like this season may be full of hope! I caught a nice copulation yesterday between our male Motley and one of our female Anery Boas. This girl was deep in shed yesterday (she shed out last night) but that didn't stop the Motley! I never get good copulation photos but I did check these two and they were locked up for sure! She's got BIG follicles so hopefully she'll give us some nice Motleys het. Anery!

Also, with the Arabesque discussion lately, I checked on these two - Our male Albino Arabesque het. Anery has been courting and breeding our female Arabesque het. Albino non stop for the past couple of weeks. This girl also has good sized follicles so I'm hoping she'll go. It'll be interesting to see what's produced from this Arabesque x Arabesque pairing.

Hope everyone else is having lots of courtings/copulations!!

Thanks,
Celia

im very interested to see what comes out of the arabesque x arabesque breeding, please post pics of the offspring. i would love to be able to get any one of the offspring from taht carrying the arabesque gene, but i doubt finances will allow it. good luck, those are some beautiful animals.

it will be '07 or '08 before I get my first Motley, but it is nice to see all the combinations that are underway.

I am also interested to see what becomes of the Arab X Arab babies. It should give us a little better idea of what the reverse stripe/saddle-less Arabesques are.

That motley is built like my poss het Blood male, long and thin!
