new question

I would have put it in the one below but i was afraid you all would think its just me saying thanks. Its kinda urgent also. My turtles finally ate again( I suspect the cold water being why they didn't eat before, but I haven't done anything new)and one of them nipped the others foot. I heard they do this as a courtship ritual but there not mature. Should I feed them seperate?

is intimidating the other. When mine were hatchlings I had
to feed them separately for a while because the male
was causing my female not to eat. Eventually this wasn't
a problem after she got well established and knew she didn't
have to put up with his crap

I would keep the water warm (around 72-74 degrees) and provide
a basking spot of 85 degrees and feed them separately for
a while. At night you can use a red bulb or ceramic heater
to help keep the water warm. This way the light won't bother
them but they will still have heat.

Hope this helps
Linda
