No, only males have concave plastrons. I also agree that it is a male eastern box turtle.

OOPS! Sorry! I knew about the belly, Guess that's what happens when you post things right before you fall asleep..........I realized what I did as soon as I laid down, but was too lazy to get back up.Forgive me & thanks for the help!
