Herping California

Hello all, I'm planning a trip in California second half of May '06 and I sure can't imagine not going herping. Any suggestions? We'll be most likely doing quite a bit of hiking also.

Sounds like you already know how to find herps in California. Because hiking is one the best methods to use, particularly in May when they are most active.
