breeder rack system question?

I was woundering how rack users supply light and how breeders regulate photo cycle? Is the light regulated outside of the tubs ?

It is possible to add rope lighting onto a breeding rack. I don't know how much heat this would give off, but that shouldn't be and issue unless you are planning on getting an unheated rack for some reason. Hope that helps
