whe dont know what kind of snake is this. whe think a coluber.

but maybe here are experts in these snake, so i like to have the name off it.

It is Coluber, but that is the easy part. I suspect it is Coluber ventromaculatus, but I am not good at Middle Eastern/Central Asian Coluber. Is anyone?
