Blue tail and peach throat decision?

python36 Jan 22, 2006 03:41 PM

Hello,
I am building a cage which is 6ft long 5ft high and 2ft deep. First of all do you guys think that this is and adequate sized cage for a pair to be happy enough to breed in? and could i see some set ups of your guys' peachthroat or blue tail cages. i would love to chat with someone who owns one or the other. I am on the fence on which one to buy so ant input on that is appreciated too. Thanks guys!
Chad

I don't have either, but 2 feet seems kinda small for a 4 foot doreanus to be happy enough to breed in.

I say that is because I have seen a large blue tail monitor in a 4 foot by 2 foot wide aquarium. I was very cramped.

Just my thoughts, I am far from qualified to have an answer. Others here will have much more info than me.
