110 is way too high. you may be poaching those eggs. and the 75 is kinda low. too low is better than to high. you really want to incubate them at 82-86. when the temp is below 82 it will take a longer time for them to hatch. I have had eggs get to 96 before and they hatched just fine...i was using a bad thermometer when that happened.

you can use a small drop of latex paint to mark them. just make sure that there are no harsh solvents in the paint (ie - chemicals that end with the letters -ane, -ene, -yne) and non-toxic of coarse.

I suspected you meant basking temp for the cages for the hatchings, not the incubation temp. Those temps are fine for hatchlings. As for what breeders use to mark their dragons, I beleive most are non toxic markers or nail polish..though i woudl think the nail polish would be kind of harsh considering nail polish contains alcohol

sorry thought you were talking about incubation temps. I think i remember your screen name and you were looking for an incubator. So i assumed that you were keeping eggs at those temps.

about marking...you really have to give credit to those who mark their babies like that. Trust me, its not as easy as you would think. first of all the babies are very scared that you will eat them, so it's kinda hard to catch em. and they are so small and fragile, i've always been scared of hurting them.

I've tried marking before with a Sharpie marker and it didn't leave much ink on them. I keep track of them based on the color of them.
