hey guys check my beardy set up make sure ididn;t miss anything

would you guys look and double check me i havn't kept dragons in some time

i got temps
basking 105-110 floor is 95-100 middle 88-90 and end about 80play sand that i sifted through a very fine strainer and slate and those big thick sandstone stepping stones for decor.

he is a blood red male just got him about 2 days ago. about oh 7-8 inches head to tail tip.

It looks liek he has a lot of room and things to climb on. Beautiful setup! How big is that aquarium?

Looks like a pretty good setup, just a few questions. Are you getting a baby bearded or an adult? If a baby, should start them off on papertowel or newsprint instead of the sand just to avoid a risk of impaction. Also that large flat rock leaning against the log, is that firmly attached to log or just leaning against it? If not attached or very firmly wedged inbetween the log and glass, I would either lay it flat on the ground or remove it altogether. The last thing you want to happen is it falling down and crushing or injuring a dragon by accident.

ALso, use a digital thermeter to check the basking temperatures, it should fall within 95 -110 F, the higher end for babies. I am also assuming you have a uvb producing bulb in there as well.
