Congrats on your new Emoryi Rat. The care for your emoryi is 100 percent the same as a corn. They are every bit has healthy & hardy as a cornsnake, maybe even more.
Emoryi Rats have been used in breeding with corns to produce the Creamsicle corns.
As far the Asian Ratsnake question you had, you may get a better answer on the Ratsnake forum. Or even better, the asian Ratsnake forum. I think there you would have a better market with having pure Tiawanese or pure Blue Beauties for sale, but I can't say for sure. Pictured below is my 05 Emoryi Rat. (S.E.Oklahoma locality)

>>Just acquired a large female emeryi. She is gentle and healthy. My question is if her care is any different from a normal corn and could you breed a normal and an emoryi? Basically I am unfamiliar with this variety and would appreciate any pointers to keeping her happy and healthy. I also was interested to know if blue beauty snakes and Tiawanese beauty snakes have been crossed and what did you get,if so? Just a question of curiousity. Thanks.
