Hi

2 days ago i lost a 2 year old male pastel named willie .
am realy depressed from it .
he whas my breeder for this spring .
he looked nice and healthy but 2 days ago i saw him come out his cave where he whas brumating for 3 weeks.
with his mouth open and sunken eyes .
i saw right away this is bad .
i bath him and saw he not got a heart beat and breachting.
i massaged him and feel no impaction and his bumbs on his head where good.
so its a mysterie for me .
so now all my plans r messed up weeeeeeeeee.
r.i.p willie.

Sorry to hear about losing your male. Might be a good ideal to keep the body refrigerated and arranged to have a necropsy done so you can find out why he died.

i have already burrow him on a nice spot .
i spaok to the breeder and he told me when beardies die to him .
it most of the time before r after the brumation when things happend like that .
i not feeled impaction and his bulg on his head fatpads where good.
if some thing happend to me once again i wil do autopsie.
frijday the 13 8 babies hatch i think they r from willie the one that died .
so atleast i have 50% of his blood in the hatchlings.
