Ruben Michel?!?!?!?!
I still see a color far from red, a deep orange or a light brown, that's the question ? Here is a close up of your pic, wich color ?

I can understand that you like these colors, but I don't . When I was talking about "brownish", I did that for sharp sunglows and for the albinos I said burnt orange ! Correct ?
Here is one of my 3 years old kahl albinos, I see red and pink !

I think that the sharp add a color that will kill the red of pastels albinos and sunglows. Over for me, That's my opinion !
the colors on the Sharp are very solid RED. The other appearance comes from photographs.
If you look at the Sharp Sunglow picture Celia posted the other day, with her stellar photography and camera, you will notice that the coloration is a very pretty red.
This red is similar to that of some of Tom Burke's Sunglows (since you are familiar with the Kahl strain).
This post was simply meant to address an observation and not to cause an arguement.
I understand that is your opinion and I totally respect that you don't like Sharp albinos or Sharp sunglows as you have stated before. I personally like both. But if I remeber correctly you said "brown" not "brownish". I think there is quite a difference between the two. And I still don't see anything that reminds me of brown or brownish, just tons of burnt orange. Not trying to debate this subject again, just wanted to clarify.

And therein lies another problem. Different people see colors differently. Burnt orange is a mix of orange AND brown. Some will see the brown, some will see the orange. Let's not git in a pissin' match over it please
.

Dont want to get into a pissin match about it. I just don't see the brown. A color is a color not an opinion. But if you see brown, I will keep my mouth shut.

that is one of Ron's babies, correct?
I love her, and I just sent Ron a deposit yesterday for mine.
Her color is outrageous, She looks better than a lot of sunglows.Where did you get her from?
Shot
Ron Michelotti(Class Reptilia).
Hey Chris, did you decide to go with the sunglow litter mate?
I like red heads better than orange heads.
to capture the reds of her saddles or the purples on her sides. Probably because of all the other vibrant color she has. It's a lot easier to catch the reds on a dull yellow background. Oh well, one day maybe i'll catch it but I don't have anything to lie about until then. Just not the pro picture takers like you Kahl guys!LOL
Ruben Michel
Aren't those coral Kahl albinos. Rubens Sharp is just a normal sharp. No selective breeding. I havn't seen any normal adult Kahls with red in the head like that. Very beautiful corals though.
Michael Burton
Ya, I'm not seeing any brown just tons of orange and red. She is coming along quite nicely. I can't wait to see what she looks like next year!!!!
