I was wondering if anyone knew of a reputable breeder or where to purchase one, (m or f).
Any Info would be appreciated.
Thanks

You might want to ask Dan Wolf.

He USED to be the breeder in the US. He may be able to direct you to somebody who has them currently.

Yeah I checked Wolf's site and I didn't see any torts. I'm thinking that I may go with a Hermanns instead. The egyptians that I have found were pretty pricey.
Thanks

Pricey is relative...egyptians are way less expspesive than say radiateds!
Hermans are a good choice & the western race is smaller if small size is a priority.
