out of greens and yellows, are male yellows the smallest? and about how big would a male yellow get? 7 or 8 feet or something?

Yeah a male yellow would be the smallest but still has the potential of getting 10-12 ft. I don't know if this would be your first anaconda but there is a ratio of about 3/1 of it being mean as h*ll. They are awsome snakes, and I have seen very docile anacondas, but they seem to be the exception.

Maximum size on male yellows is in the 8 to 10 feet range. The largest I have personally seen and/or heard of was 9 feet. A male over 10 feet would be of record size.
