I once panicked and rushed a corn out of the egg still attatched to a huge yolk sack. I put the snake in a deli cup back inside my incubator with a very damp paper towel as substrate. In 1 day the yolk sac shrunk a lot, the 2nd day and withered to nothing and fell off. I still have the snake and it is perfect, so I am guessing there's a chance yours can be saved too. I would put it in a small container with some moist substrate and leave it be someplace warm. Good luck Tom
