cant get baby to eat

i've had two baby regular corn snakes for about four months. one of them eats fine, but the other just won't eat. she will get all over the oinkie and even lick it. i know that she can sense that it is food, but she just won't eat. its been four months since she's eaten, and im surprised she's still alive. does anyone have any suggestions?
