Phoenix Worms?

Has anyone ever tried these as a feeder? Supposedly they are the larvae of the Black fly and are loaded with calcium and are low maintenance. Thanks.

Seem fine at a glance (read worman's sheet on them although I'd pick a different supplier), never used them though so can't say for sure. They do seem kind of small IMO. Have you looked into silkworms?
