I personally cannot advise you on the perfect care of Oustaleti, as I don't own them. I do know they require a very, very large cage (being the largest of the cham species). If you have a 7 ft. screen cage ready, then that should suffice.
I do know they originate in a fairly dry habitat, so therefore require a less humid environment than more popular cham species. Even then, they still need a good, thorough misting a couple times every day, in addition to drinking water every day, a couple times a day. If you are a new cham keeper, even in Puerto Rico, I would advise you seek a CB Veiled or Panther to start with.
If your heart is set on an Oustalet, then please keep researching and the best of luck

Not that many keepers have this species, but you might check with Kammerflage Kreations. I think they carried them and might have some good care info for you. They are great cham keepers. If your cham is wildcaught (probably is...very few if any are captive bred) you must try to get a young animal and have a vet check for intestinal parasites. WC adults can be very heavily parasitized and the stress of capture and shipping may cause the parasites to overwhelm the cham's immune system. Even though Oustaleti is from a drier habitat, they still need fairly constant air humidity. In your climate they may do well if they have daily showers and some shade. They can also be very nervous from what I have read, so provide a lot of shrub cover.
