I don't see anything in the picture. But my 1st guess would be that it's just a fatty deposit, which is totally normal.

I have had/have this on a couple of my geckos. It looks swelling behind the front legs? Both were checked for parasites and came back clean. My vet said it could be a heart problem but what are the odds of four different geckos from different lineage having heart problems? So i looked around and saw the same problem on Albeys available page. Then while talking to Craig at the Urban Gecko i asked if he had ever run into this problem? He said he had heard of in a different species of a calcium build up. With that said and my vet saying it was a fluid build up i tried a couple of things. #1 I decreased the calcium they were getting. #2 I decreased the humidity in their humid hides. All but one has returned to normal and i think she has heart problems. She has a hunch back and has some issues. I got her this way from a breeder. I think their husbandry practices were a little poor. I hope this helps you out.

I only read a few of these messages but i heard something about swelling behind the front legs? If that isn't what i heard ignore what im saying. but the other day i was holding my biggest female and noticed the same thing. she is very healthy and has the thickest tale i have ever seen. if i can i will take a picture of her and post it. but anyways i was reading
a msg they other day that was a little old asking if there leo was overweight. one of the replies was stating that leos also store fat behind their arms. i am assuming this must be when they get past the very thick tale stage.
the person i got my girl from had a lot of experience with many reptiles including leos and said she was his best breeder laying 10-12 clutches and then some. but anyways it is just what i heard and maybe i hope thats the case with my girl because i dont want anything to be wrong with her. she does seem very healthy though.
Here is a pic of my adult female, she's pretty much at her fattest here LOL you can see a fat deposit behind her front leg:
