Another one from B.H.B Is the banded trait genetic? I've heard yes and I've heard no. PLease let me know your opinions. Thanks

Genotype yields the phenotype. Whether or not its simple recessive, co-dom etc etc is up to you to figure out. But everything you see is genetic unless its a scar or Kool-Aid.

Last I heard is that they havent shed yet. He said this about a month or 2 after his original post, when he had guaranteed that they would shed within 2 weeks of his post. Well, at least everyone called him out on it so that no one got fooled by him. He is sometimes in the bearded dragon forum...
