Really, it depends on your vet. You should call and ask.

I just took my guy in last week, the total was roughly $60.00 for the visit and medication. I've heard anywhere between $50 and $100 is normal.

In the meantime, get those temps up! 82-85 on the cool side, 92-95 on the warm side. Also, be sure your humidity is 50 - 60%.

Once you start seeing signs of RI, it can progress FAST (I was shocked). If you catch it early enough, the temp adjustment may be enough to kick it out of their systems. If you're seeing bubble blowing, lot of gasping and yawning, and feel popping farther down the body, then the URI is turning into pneumonia. It's really serious in that case, and you should get to a vet (that knows snakes)as soon as you can.

Call ahead and ask. It will vary depending on your area and the expertise of the vet.

DO NOT PICK THE CHEAPEST ONE!!! The cheapest vet is likely the one that either cuts corners or knows little to nothing about reptiles. A good vet will charge a reasonable rate for his expertise.

the comment about the cheapest price is not true. Where I live in south west florida there are tons of vets that work with exotics. Due to this fact they have to be competitive with their price. There is one cl;inic that is right down the road from me that has several different vets and a very very very nice office. They also cater to the wealthy and their office show's this. Each tile has a different animal had painted on it. This detail reflects on their prices dramatically while their "reptile" expert has only been practicing for a year or 2. However, the vet I use has a modest office but has been in practice for years and his prices are very reasonable, $25 for a check-up and the only time I had an animal with a RI the total cost of treatment was less than $60. Look around and ask other reptile collectors in your area to find the best one for you needs.
