Veild cage

ronfinney Jul 25, 2003 04:47 PM

This is my new cage for my 1.5 month old veiled. I am not putting him in there for at least two more weeks. I still have to put a hanging pothos in the top right and vines and I am gonna use something like a bird perch under the heat lamp. How long do you think it will take for paint fumes to dissipate? In tow weeks it will be about a month, do you think that is enough time?

Hi-

Looks good, when I made my cages I used red stain it would dry in a few hours but the fumes of it lasted about 1 week, just let the cage air dry outside and you should be good. I use bio-vines in all my cages and the chameleons love them, and they are great for basking on. Hope this helps!
