i think anery's lack yellow and amels lack black. amels also have the red eyes. not sure on the okeetee's but i would think an albino okeetee would be an amel. i know someone else could tell you more.

an albino oketee is an amel. Its also called a reverse oketee. Amel is just an albino form of the snake or albino form of a particular pattern, morph, etc..Amel or amelanistic is a term used to describe the lack of melanin wich is the black pigment in the color of the animal. A snow is a type of amel as is a blizzard, and butter.

snow and blizzard may be forms of amel but they also lack the red so they are also forms of anery. they are a double expression of anery and amel at the same time expressing amel and anery A gets you a snow corn where expressing amel and anery B gets you a blizzard.

my addiction:
2 normal ball pythons (lazlo and izzy)
1 amelenistic corn snake (zyklon)
0.1 blizzard corn (blizz)

An amelanistic corn lacks the black pigment (also known as melanin) and an anerythristic corn lacks the red pigment. You can tell an albino (reverse) okeetee by the thick white borders surrounding the saddles but it may be hard to distinguish in very young snakes. And albino okeetee would be amelanistic. And to clarify albinism is any pigmentation mutation that alters color. So all but normals, and miami's are a form of albinism. But most of the time people refer to amelanism as albinism. Hope this helps.
