Very nice snakes! I like that last male's dorsal blotches. I am a big fan of GP rats myself. I've been keeping and breeding some Southern Great Plains aka Southwestern Rats for a couple years now. Here's a pic of my breeder female.

Thanks Byron, I used a better quality camera for this one than I currently have. I'm still trying to get a decent pic out of my new one. Looking forward to your pics.- Toby

Uh.....NO....LOL

Yes they are great looking animals and in great shape but due to a few disagreements between myself and the buyer I won't advertise for him.
If he sees them and wants to say they came from him that is fine.
I won't say a word. We settled our differences. To me it just a matter of principle.

Beautiful Jimmy. I am a huge Emoryi rat fan. Any locality on those beauties?
For head pattern, I love the second picture, (Male #2) I love the ones with the classic ghostly face pattern, and his boo face is outstanding, LOL
For color & contrast, I love the third pic. (Female #1)She has a nice light grey ground color with beautiful contrasting saddles. She reminds me of my female emoryi. Great additions to your group.

Nope Steve,
He had no locality info.
Yeah female #1 has some great contrast.
When you look at them all together, they all look good but female #1 and male #3 stand out above the rest.
It will be interesting to see the other two males after they shed.

Jimmy, great new snakes. I like the patterns, even on the ones in blue, and that first female is a pretty greenish/brown color. Good luck with those and look forward to seeing the albinos one day.

Yeah Terry,
It will be nice to get some albinos.
I always wanted some albino emoryis.
It will also be nice to infuse some fresh emoryi blood into my creams, stripe creams, motley creams and especially the cinnamons!

I didn't know there were so many GP fans out there. I have a pair of amelanistic emoryorum (Yes, that is the proper Latin ending.) cooling that I will be breeding this spring. If you like yellow patterned snakes, these are the way to go.
