Butter is the amel form of caramel. But just breeding an amel to a caramel would result in caramel 100% het for amel. Do you then breed these hets to get at least one butter from the clutch or is there a third "ingredient" needed?

butter is amel caramel
amel x caramel = normal het amel het caramel
net amel het caramel X het amel het caramel = gives you different possibilities but to answer your question it would basically be 1/16 chance for butter

Amel and Caramel are the only morphs that you need to produce Butter. However, breeding the two together will not produce all Caramels. It should produce all normals het for amel and caramel, which would mean they are het for Butter. Then by inbreeding the offspring you will produce normals, amels, caramels, and butters.
