Hey everyone I havent been on here in awhile...Thought I'd write and see how everyone is doing?...And see if anyone remembers me? Asia (my leo) is doing really good eating like a good girl..I'll post pics as soon as a take a recent one of her ...However I have found apparently a bigger tank is not always better...Because I switched her to a 20 gallon wide and she didnt eat for 2 weeks straight...She was acting funny also banging her head up against the glass ect....So, I switched her back to her 10 gallon and bam...she started eating like a hog again...I really think the larger tank stressed her out...I guess she feels secure in her little tank????...anyway, wanted to say hi to everyone...Hope everyones babies are doing well.

First of all... Welcome Back!
My male leo (Abraxas) did the same thing when I put him in a larger tank. And then I found the solution when I brought my two females...
I've split the tank in two, putting my females in the upper section and my male in the bottom. And now that the roof is much closer to his head he seem so relaxed. He even sleep outside his hides!
Hes awsome!
I figured that in the wild they sleep's between rocks or between a rock and the floor. That's why I prefer low terrariums rather than tall ones...
Sory for the long reply... and for my english...

Thanks for the welcome....That was a good idea splitting the tank up....I'm not really upset she didnt like the larger tank...I don't mind her in her smaller one...I just thought she might like more room...She seems happy though to be back in her littler tank...maybe I'll try the bigger one another time w/ more stuff crammed in it LOL..Also shes been in the 10 gallon since I got her...It could be shes just used to it I guess...She mostly sleeps outside her hides in her tank...shes not very shy she comes right up to the glass if she sees me...But she certainly was not herself in that other tank.
