the sunken in eyes may be a sign of dehydration and you boa may be in shed. Soak your boa in pedialite(sp?) and spray the cage with provent a mite

What is your question about pedialite? Im not sure about the spelling but it is used to rehydrate babies and can be found to you local super market next to the infant formula. You can soak you boa or inject it into a rat and feed it to your boa. sunken in eyes can be a sign of dehydration and if your boa has allot of mites then that can be the cause of the dehydration. Mites feed of your snakes blood like fleas do. Hope this helps

Pedialite is sugar water, and not a very good choice for a soaking medium. just use plain water. if you want to rehydrate by tube, you can use pedialite, but you still wouldn't want to soak in it.

The flavorless stuff does not have any sugar in it. I should have been more clear and told him to use the flavorless stuff.
