My one year old albino burm had the bottom of her face swollen when I touch it liquid came out it is clear and from what I read on the archived files liquid is ussually yellow. Her enclosure temps are 89 and humidity is 82 she had this before about a month ago and there was no problem.

Have a qualified vet do a culture. This sounds like a URI-upper respiratory infection. I'm not a "snake" person, but I would re-check the husbandry requirements(temps., humidity, caging space, ventilation, etc.) for Burmese pythons.
