well so i've been noticing that godzilla/crystal has been less active.. is it cuz its a new environment or could godzilla/crystal be sick... should i get godzilla/crystal another friend from petco maybe he's sick?

No, definately don't get another water dragon. His behaivor should not be because he is lonely. If you got your water dragon from petco, and he isn't active or isn't eating very well, there is a decent chance of parasites. If this is the case, he/she needs a vet to check for any parasites.
It could also be stress, temperature, lighting or maybe humidity.

Not to mention that an addition would add more stress to the already possibly stressed animal. Remember that reptiles are not like humans and don't always want 'friends' or usually want them. There are very few, in my experience, reptiles that are social. Most of them are squamata, yes, but it would be best not to introduce another one at this time.
