I haven't been around as much as I like, but I wanted to take this opportunity to share a pic or two of our new arrival.
First, to catch you up on my world. I quit my job of 21 years for an opportunity to go to college and pursue a BS in computer science with the intent to be a database administrator (I have already built from scratch two DB programs for my last job). I'm doing 9 units a semester. I'm also working full-time in order to keep benefits for the family. We have a 2.5 year old that's just the cutest thing you've ever seen (I know, I'm partial) and he requires a lot of attention and a bit of medical issues that are heart breaking for us, but could very much be worse than they are. Right now, Joann cannot lift anything or even drive herself anywhere for another week. Two wonderful dogs at about 85 lbs each, a cat at about 18 lbs, three uros and two fish tanks. To say that my world is full is an understatement...but wait! There's still the new arrival. If you don't thinnk that's a huge impact, you're wrong (I never said it was a uro). Please humor me while I show off my other pride and joy.

His name is Alexander Joseph Fife (AJ, Xander, Alex) and came in at a tiny 8lbs 2oz and 20.5 inches.
As Tyler has his own site, we made sure that he had his own too.
Thanks for looking.
We wish everyone well.
