I wasn't going to breed them this year, but she has busted up
her snout pretty good trying to get out.
I let her out every day for 3-4 hours. It's strange, she just
sits on the coffee table while I'm watching TV, she barely
moves. I had to use cardboard and tape to tape up the Neodesha
cage where the door closes because she kept wedging her snout in
there and has slightly busted up her nose.
They must really love each other
.
Last year it was him that damaged his snout with his hyper-
activity. This year he has been mellow. I remember after
introducing them last year I completely panicked. I thought
she must have eaten him. She had begun to ovulate and he was all
the way in the back of the cave doing his business...
Sorry about the crappy pics. This years bonus goes to a first
class digital camera.
