From what I gather you can keep ringnecks together without fear of one eating another (same size ringnecks) with the only exception being the regal ringneck?

Sounds correct. I'm sure anyone would be iffy on putting 2 regal ringneck snakes together...
You also have to watch them while feeding, I had a southern ringneck kill another southern this year after I threw in a garter snake.

Thanks for the help as a whole other than that one incident you had with the Southern ringneck have you ever had any other problems with keeping non regals together ?
Nope I've kept prairies and northerns together with no problems.
