geraldsnakes,
Keep in mind (as has been stated many times before) the supposed het. Pied. markings you are speaking of have not been proven to correlate to a genetic mutation. I have in my collection a 100% Pied with the marking and several 50% hets with and without (some I have produced and some purchased). The attached picture is of a 50% het. Pied male who was produced by a very reputable breeder. I obtained the animal second hand, so I have no paperwork, but I have reasons to be very confident in the lineage. I also visit a "big breeder's" collection semi-regularly and he has 100% het. Pieds with the markings and without. Again, nothing has been proven yet, but some noticed these black belly stripes and have formed their own hypotheses. I will let you decide for yourself.
(Note the double black stripes on the belly approaching the vent.)

Thanks!
