Hey,
You can usually breed them at 2-3 years of age. I'm not sure on size at that age, but I have a female who should be about 1 year and a half old now and shes about 30 inches.
It is the females that get bigger, as is the case with most, if not all python species. The females may get up to 4-4.5 feet whereas the males will probably only get up to 3-4 feet. However, just the size is not a reliable method for sexing them.
As for lifespan, I'm not exactly sure. I think its around 20-30 years, but someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
How old are yours? Share some pictures with us! and good luck with breeding them. I'm hoping for eggs in early '08, assuming my little 10 inch male will grow up some!
