Any idea which locality this little beauty comes from?

For starters, you can't tell what locality a boa iss from by looking. Unless you know where it or it's ancestors were collected, you can never be sure.

That said, to me your snake looks like either a colombian normal, OR a mutt with a little bcc in it. I say this because there are those tiny tiny peaks. The mutt suriXcolombians I have seen have those little peaks.
