Best humidity for Argus monitor?? 50-60%?

I was wondering what everyone keeps their argus monitors humidity at. I have been reading about it and the vet also told me around 55-60%. That is where it is at now in my argus-flavis cage. This morning he had a little blood come out of one side of his nose, does anyone know what that would be/caused by? I will be talking to my vet monday but just wanted to see if anyone wanted to help. Thanks.
